You work as a waiter so I suppose you have some basic social skills. Push yourself to go out in the world. Join a club or a few (going to the gym 2-3 times a week is always good, because it improves your posture and usually automatically increases your self-confidence). Be a cool person to hang out with (be actually nice), but also be your own person with your own opinions (and really mean it). Rest will then come from alone. You're welcome

Some years ago (and still from time to time) had problems with drugs, my father died, i moved out of my hometown to study, broke hard the only relationship i had and enter a depression. I went full on sollitude i drop out of college after a few years doing drugs not becouse of doing bad, i just much prefered staying home playing videogames and jacking of while smoking. There could be entire weeks without checking my phone, i started losing my friends at the university that were so close to me in the begining before de drugs(just marihuana nothing else ever). I never view that kind of a life of smoking 5 joints a day every day as something permanent, i always wanted and knew that lifestyle or lyfestage was going to pass aways, needed to pass away, musted do something eventualy to make it behind and restart.
