Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu. Húng lũi nhặt lấy lá, rửa sạch, để ráo nước.
Nhãn bóc vỏ, bỏ hạt cho vào một chén riêng.
Vắt 1 trái chanh lấy nước, bỏ hạt vào chén, thêm vào 1 muỗng canh đường trắng trong chén, cho 1 nắm nhỏ lá húng lũi vào, dùng chày nhỏ hoặc muỗng dầm nát. Múc 1 muỗng canh hỗn hợp này cho vào ly shaker, tiếp đến cho vải vào cùng, lấy muỗng giã nhẹ lên phần vải.
Tiếp theo, 20ml siro vào, kế đến rót 1/3 lon nước ngọt vào trong ly shaker. Thêm đá viên vào, đậy kín nắp, lắc đều tay.
Cho thức uống ra ly, trang trí thêm lá húng lũi và trái vải tươi thưởng thức ngay.
